MDEC was commissioned to designed & developed the Road networks including structure culverts, signage and markings, electrical systems (street lighting and traffic lights), edge treatments (curbs, sidewalks, landscaping) and Sewerage System

MDEC was selected by client by to supervised & developed the Road networks. including Structural Culverts. Traffic Signage and Road Markings. Electrical systems (street lighting and traffic lights). Edge treatments (curbs, sidewalks, landscaping) and Sewerage System. This is to develop Phase 2 in industrial City located in Assir Region Road 4 – 110 km. Road 5 – 8.85 km. Road 6 – 45 km

The current Railway #1 is a passenger and freight dictated railway operating at a speed 120 km/hr and an axial load of 25 ton/axis. The futuristic operation will be running passenger trains by speed of 250km/hr with the same axial load and cargo trains by speed of 120 km/hr and an axial load of 32.5 ton/axis.

The project consist of the following: 16-2 storey building for senior staff, 40-3 storey building for senior labor, 44-3 storey building for general labour, 4 large recreation bladg. 2 volleyball yards, 4 large cafeteria bldg, 2 basketball yards, 4workshops & warehouses, 1 mosque

It is a housing project with a total lot area of 282,352,15 m2. It has a total of 162 nos. of housing plots (107 plots for bachelor & 55 plots for family). Each plot size for bachelor is 1000 sqm. And 1200 aqm. for family plots.
