This project is basically a cable tray factory. MDEC was commissioned by an international client to perform a design solution and consider to use existing factory for preliminary start of production to plan for future factory expansion development.
The project mainly consists of following areas:
- Factory with 2 lines of production areas, Raw material & Final Product store areas.
- Common labor facilities such as Separete Mosque, Washroom. Buffet area & Locker room
- 10 nos of car parking spaces & 7 nos. of truck parking areas
- Loading & Unloading areas.
