MOCI is a 4-storey government building with B. 703 m2 lot area. it has been built mainly for domestic and foreign trade in Dammam. KSA.
A total of 108 car parking spaces are available in basement and open area at
north-side. Offices can be found in all floor levels. The entrance for men and women has been designed separately thru two staircases. Business transaction and waiting area are located in ground floor in which the admin offices can be also found. Showroom, meeting and training room are located in second and third floor.
The outside finishes are made of concrete with aluminum composite cladding, skylight on roof deck structural glass windows and stainless cladding for the entrance columns.
