IKEA’s Saudi Arabian franchisee, Gassan Ahmed Al Sulaiman Furniture Trading (IKEA KSA), are to develop a new IKEA store as part of the Phaes 1 development located on King Fahd Road 605 in Dammam, KSA
The retail development consists of the following:
2 levels of above grade parking (considered from the ground floor) to the extent of the IKEA Blue Box footprint. to contain approximately 600+600 car parking spaces;
2 levels of original standard IKEA store (OSIS) above;
Adjacent to the IKEA Blue Box is a possible future shopping center development (no design considerations have been considered at this stage)
The building is to be designed by BSBG and the Design Team in accordance with inter IKEA Systems B.V. IKEA KSA and local requirements.
