MDEC was commissioned by client to prrform design services including detailed engineering drawings for a 2-story Commercial Buiding located in Dammam. This project is a 2 story building with commercial shops on Ground floor with mezzanine floor level it has 57 total car parking spaces. The outside finishes are made of concrete with structural curtain window and storefront signage at facade.
his showroom is 2-Storey Building. The ground floor is mainly used for commercial shop, lobby, waiting area, raw storage & buffet. While the first floor employs as offices and wash area. The outside finishes are made of concrete with aluminum composite cladding. structural glass windows, canopy and stainless cladding at entrance columns.
