This project is basically a cable tray factory. MDEC was commissioned by an international client to perform a design solution and consider to use existing factory for preliminary start of production to plan for future factory expansion development.

Metal Corner Factory is not the biggest steel factories located at Eastern Region. The building has made of steel structure, carrugated wall and roof panel including ridge ventilator on top.

Factory with 2 limes of Production areas, Raw material store Pattern, Core, Packing, Testing and Painting Shops, Metal Processing Workshop, Grinding, Hand Mtoulding & Sand Blasting areas

This project is a chemical factory consist mainly of the following areas such as: Administration building, Production Area 1 & 2, Raw Materials Store, Laboratories, Pattern Shop & Coren shop, Metal Processing Workshop, Service Area, Car & Truck Parking Area

This project is a Chemical laboratory. The project is consist of the following: 3 nos. of laboratories namely Chemical, instrument & General Laboratory-Offices, 38 nos. of car parking space, Common spaces such as atrium yard area, washrooms, party hall, sitting area & library, Separate storage building

This is a complex factory intended for production of GRP & GRE pipes w/ the ff. area and facilities such as. Production Bldg / GRP & GRE Fitting Bldg. Raw Material Store / Testing & QC area / Catalyst/ Chemical Rooms/ Open Storage area. Admin bldg/ Mosque/ Canteen/ Parking spaces for Cars & Trucks. Space for Future Expansion

This project is a Ceramic & Porcelain tiles factory. The project mainly consist of the following: Production plant for Porcelain, Production plant for Ceramic, Mosque, Restaurant, Storage Areas.

A Modern Laboratory building specialized for classifying different kinds of solid material or specialty rocks. This project is consist of the following: 2 laboratories, offices. The outside finishes are made of concrete with aluminum composite cladding, structural glass windows & stainless cladding at entrance columns.
