This project is a 4-Storey Building. The ground and first floors are intended for the offices, while the second and third floors are intended for rentable area. There is a certain area for business center as well as coffee shop which are located at the ground floor.
The outside finishes are made of concrete with aluminum composite cladding, structural glass windows and grc decorative panel
