e. Prepare all Architectural design deliverables for all buildings and facilities as highlighted in the project’s SOW.
f. Prepare all related BOQs.
g. Development of 3D Model (Aerial view) of the overall area.

a. Data Collection. Analysis of Soil Test and Contour Survey Reports.
b. Design package in compliance with RC, MODON, and Municipality standards.
c. Comply with the requirements of applicable codes and standards.
d. Coordination with other disciplines, Technology Providers, and Vendors.
e. Area Development Plan including optimized grading & levelling, fencing, etc.
f. Design all concrete buildings and structures, storage areas, miscellaneous facilities, BOP, etc.
g. Provide descriptions for all PEB structures, detailing loads from cranes, cables, trays, pipelines, and more.
h. Review the designs provided by the PEB supplier and create foundation and pedestal designs for all PEB buildings and structures.
i. Prepare all related BOQs, cable & pipe racks.
j. Design & detailed engineering for structures and other civil facilities to serve the project.
k. Review the steel structure drawings submitted by the steel supplier to ensure compatibility with architectural drawings before approval.
