The futuristic operation will be running passenger trains by the speed of 250Km/hour with the same axial load and cargo trains by the 120km/hour and an axial load of 32.5ton/axis.

This project is a 4-Storey Building. The ground and first floors are intended for the offices, while the second and third floors are intended for rentable area. There is a certain area for business center as well as coffee shop which are located at the ground floor.

MOCI is a 4-storey government building which has been built mainly for domestic and foreign trade in Najran, KSA.

MOCI is a 7-storey government building with 5, 000 m2 lot area. It has been built mainly for domestic and foreign trade in Jeddah, KSA.
A total of 159 car parking spaces are available in basement and open area at south-side. Offices can be found in all floor levels. The entrance for men and women has been designed separately thru two staircases. Business transaction and waiting area are located in ground floor in which the admin offices can be also found. Showroom, meeting room, prayer room, auditorium, dinning area and training hall are able to be seen inside the building.

MOCI is a 4-storey government building with B. 703 m2 lot area. it has been built mainly for domestic and foreign trade in Dammam. KSA.

north-side. Offices can be found in all floor levels. The entrance for men and women has been designed separately thru two staircases. Business transaction and waiting area are located in ground floor in which the admin offices can be also found. Showroom, meeting and training room are located in second and third floor.
